McDonald’s Hong Kong launches quadruple patty burger topped with Dorito-style nacho chips.
Keen Burger Lad® fan, @DeKroonCat spotted the burger on the menu in McDonald’s Hong Kong. It is called the Crunchy Mega McPepper.

Alongside it is the Crunchy McPepper and Seaweed and Honey BBQ Seasoning Shake Shake Fries.
The patties look to be similar to the patties smothered in black pepper "gravy" often found in the Far East and topped with two types of cheese and onions.
